Executive Coaching

Fuse Consulting has come together with John McPhail to offer its customers a confidential and personalised Executive Coaching service. In this, we are defining management and the roles within it to create a better Executive.

John works with individuals in confidence supporting all aspects of their work (e.g. new position, change of direction, career development, exit planning, management and leadership). He also coaches small teams in a more open way to raise awareness of their aims, to increase performance and to make them understand collective responsibility. In both areas of coaching, his aim is to identify goals seeking constructive change which eventually should result in raising self-esteem and self-confidence and loyalty to colleagues and clients.
